My End Of The Year Music Playlist: 2014

I hope you all had a great Christmas and had fun celebrating with family and friends!

This means we're only days away from 2015! (Where has the time gone?)

Since New Years is coming up I thought I'd make a list of my favorite songs from this year!

Book Of The Month: November

For the month of November I read Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn.

The book is a New York Times bestseller and even got a film adaption starring Ben Affleck which came out in October.
.
The story follows two use-to-be writers Nick Dunne and his dotting, loving New Yorker wife, Amy.  After being laid off from both of their jobs, they move to Nick's hometown of Missouri after his mother was diagnosed with cancer and his father diagnosed with dementia, but when Amy suddenly disappears on their fifth wedding anniversary  there are many suspects in the case including Nick.

As you read you see Nick's  thoughts and emotions during the search for his wife, along with her diary entries up until her disappearance and as the investigation goes on , Nick learns nothing is what it seems no matter how well you think you know it...

I bought this book months ago and started reading it, but put it aside for a little while for whatever reason and until a few weeks ago when I pick up where I left off and I literally couldn't put it down! It is very intense and has twists and turns that will leave you at the edge of your seat as you read. And if you think you figured it out, it will throw a curve ball at you that at the end you will scream at the book itself! (well at least it happened to me haha).

If you are looking for a thrill read this one is for you!

Happy reading!
